Mark Hancock
In the U.S., 43% of children live in a household with no father presence. Mark Hancock has pastored hundreds of kids through high school and college ministries and organized mass crusades on five continents. After years of seeing the absent father impact, Mark’s storytelling mind kicked into gear, landing him in the fictitious Biblical town of Yetomim where two men wrestle with the questions Mark sees in every boy’s eyes:
Am I able?
Do I have what it takes?
What would my father say about me?
For a boy and a king, the absence of a father amplifies decisions into destinies in The Siege – piercing victims from both natural and spiritual realms of existence.
Hancock holds two Master’s Degrees in Mental Health Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy. The Siege is the 2012 Winner of ReachFM’s Resolution2Reality Writing Contest. Read Mark’s thoughts about pursuing release from your own personal siege at www.LeaveTheGate.com.
